Oil Buyers Ltd Analyst Services
Many companies have a need to purchase fuel oils and lubricants. These commodities are subject to daily market change and often the price difference can be substantial either up or down. This is why companies on national agreements seldom achieve the maximum value possible. Commodities purchasing is a delicate and fraught activity and many companies have taken advantage of some or all of our analyst services in order to better understand and recognize their own fuel purchasing requirements. Many Oilbuyers Analysts services clients go on to use our Brokerage service. This is however optional and all Analysts services are available totally independently of our Brokerage.
Services Available
Daily Gas Oil Price E-Mail (or any other product) – Oilbuyers will e-mail your designated person (or people) with the daily price of gas oil or any of the products under our brokerage you have requested information on. Companies receiving our daily price e-mail then have sufficient information to negotiate with existing suppliers to achieve best value. Often, companies receiving our information use our own brokerage service if that is the best value on offer on a given day.
Fuel Buying Analysis (3 month period) - We will analyze your last 3 months fuel buying and compare it to prices achieved by Oilbuyers Ltd. Your company provides us with the dates, locations and prices paid for whatever fuel oil you use and we will use this information to construct a specific analysis of your fuel buying. This will give your company:
- information about savings (if any) that could have been made
- information about prices paid throughout the country
- information about which suppliers are performing well for your company, enabling the srengthening of relationships with those that are performing best in your company`s interests.
In Depth Analysis (non specific) – Oilbuyers is happy to look at any aspect of your company`s fuel buying; longer historical periods, (3 months+) prices, geographical areas or whatever aspect of your fuel buying that is of concern. This will give your company:
A clearer understanding of whatever aspects of fuel buying the company is experiencing difficulty with, or is challenged by. Again provision of information enables companies to make better decisions and thereby achieve better value.
